Anselmo Ramos

Chief Creative Officer and Founder / DAVID

 

At 24, Anselmo left Brazil. He spent 12 years working abroad at Y&R Lisbon, Madrid and Miami, and Lowe New York. 

In 2007, Anselmo came back to his homeland to become Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Brazil.

In 2010, he became a member of Ogilvy's Worldwide Creative Council.

In 2013, Ogilvy Brazil won a record of 35 Lions and became Cannes Agency of The Year. And Dove “Real Beauty Sketches” was the first Titanium Grand Prix for Latin America. 

His work won 82 Cannes Lions, as well as One Show, CLIO, D&AD, and other awards.

Recently, Anselmo was featured on The Creativity 50, Business Insider’s The 24 Most Creative People In Advertising Right Now, and Adweek’s The Top 50 Execs Who Make The Wheels Turn. 

Anselmo is the Chief Creative Officer and Founder of DAVID, a global agency with a Latin heart, with offices in Buenos Aires, São Paulo and Miami.

He's married to Camila and has two daughters, Helena and Stella. 

His life motto is “No Retreat, No Surrender.”
