Juan José Posada studied graphic design and advertising. He is one of Colombia's most awarded creatives having recognitions in Cannes Lions International Festival (in 10 different categories), D&AD, London Festival, One Show, Clio, Communication Arts, Ojo de Iberoamerica, Sol de San Sebatian, New York Festivals, Wave, Fiap, Antigua, Caribe and local ones like El Dorado, Lapiz de Acero and Nova. Just this year he was awarded the Crème de la Crème to the best Integrated Campaign according to WPPed Cream's selection among WPP companies. He was ranked #2 Art Director in the world by Lürzer's Archive magazine and for three years in a row was named Best Colombian Creative Director by Ojo de Iberoamerica.

In addition to participation in juries in Cannes 2015, Gran APAP in Peru, Jade in Guatemala, Ojo de Iberoamerica, New York Festivals, Slide Prix and Lapiz de Acero, Juan has served as President of the jury for the Young Lions Colombian chapter, Wave Festival in Brazil in the Design and Promo categories.
